A mid-sized international publishing business were embarking upon a sweeping business and culture transformation programme, underpinned by significant digital tech change. As part of this process, Talentarc were tasked with identifying a Head of Data Analysis & BI to spearhead the shift towards data-led, insight-enabled decision-making capabilities.
